Before There Was Ella

You remember my friend Ella Ridsdill Smith from across the BIG POND. And her little sister Maisie. Well before there was Ella and Maisie there was Annie. Annie was gorgeous too!

Ella shared this photo of Annie along with the following message, "Mom wanted me to share this photo of Annie who lived with her before me. Although she never had her own pups Annie raised these kittens when their mum was killed by 2 marauding Jack Russels. They were just weaned and Annie became their foster mum. She lived to the age of 161/2 years."

I LOVE ANNIE! I even like these kittens. Poor little kittens they lost their mittens and their "mum" too. Good thing they had Annie.
